Holiday Gift Guide - Flower Lover Edition

I can’t think of a better way to start this holiday season than with a gift guide of some of my favorite local floral-inspired gifts!

Lauren @ Pollumination Ceramics

I can’t say enough great things about my friend Lauren at Pollumination! She makes the most adorable vases, candles, mugs, and everything in between. She also has the most wonderful story about why she does what she does. One of my favorite vases in my entire collection is a vintage lavender compote that she made especially for me. I truly treasure it. Check out her Instagram live sale December 3rd at 12pm CST!

Juliet Meeks

It would not be a floral-inspired gift guide without Juliet! Her work is so dreamy! She has no shortage of cheerful and colorful gifts for the flower lover in your life! I personally have an ornament, a scarf, multiple prints, and I make sure to get a new calendar every year. Stop by her Instagram or website (below) to see what she has on sale beginning today, December 1st at 12pm CST!

Lush Magnolia

I can’t say enough great things about Stephanie’s work! What a great gift idea for bride/groom who would like to permanently preserve their flowers. It is a unique and thoughtful gift that will be remembered (and last) forever! Consider a gift certificate to Lush Magnolia by contacting Stephanie directly.

Functionally Yours

When Jena from Functionally Yours reached out about their reclaimed wooden boxes for florists, I knew immediately that I had met a new friend. Not only is she a lovely person, but she and her business partners (husband Tremel and friend Mitch) also create the most beautiful, high-quality products with such attention to detail. Every piece is made from reclaimed wood from historic New Orleans homes. Any item on their website will be something that EVERYONE asks about (and of course the shotgun house bud vase is my favorite!)

Lady Delaney

I love everything vintage and anything floral. Lady Delaney combines both of these loves with her floral grams! They consist of a small dried flower bouquet coupled with a personalized telegram. Not only is this the sweetest gift, but it is one that will be remembered. She has so many other amazing items that make perfect gifts too. Click on the link below to see what other gifts she makes!

Cora Rose Nimtz

Last holiday season, a dear friend of mine gave me the cutest ornament. I adore it so much that I hang it prominently at the front of my tree. When I went to the Arts Market New Orleans, I almost came to a complete stop in awe of Cora’s booth! It was exactly where my friend got me my ornament. I was blown away with her simple, colorful and clever artwork! I have purchased a few prints for my kitchen, and I think every kitchen and Christmas tree could use a few. Explore her work below!

Feet First

When thinking about my love of floral print, I automatically think of floral print Keds. I own a few different pairs and love them all! Every time I pass by Feet First, I have to go in and usually wind up with a pair of Keds. I just love the great selection that Rachel has hand-picked! She also stocks the store with local goodies including jewelry, candles, apparel, purses, and more!
