I have a lot of favorite things, sometimes maybe too many. Of course flowers are at the very top of my list, and right next that are ribbons! I love everything from silk to velvet and grosgrain. Ribbons are fun on their own and add such a special touch to bouquets and boutonnieres. I’m kind of in love with bows and think that they are a perfect addition to pretty much anything!

Read MoreThere are so many options for corsages, and using ribbons is my favorite! They give so much diversity to the design. Corsages are one of the most fun things to make and each is customizable with different ribbons and flowers. I love the small details of each one. They are a great way to use any broken stemmed flowers that you have on hand while designing or any small blooms that you happen to have growing in the yard. I was so happy for this tutorial that my pansies and camellias happened to be in bloom!
Read MoreI thought it may be fun to put together a list of ten bouquets that each taught me so much! Originally, I tried to make this about my favorite 10. However, once I started trying to narrow it down, it became waaaaay more than ten! We always laugh in the studio because literally every wedding weekend, we claim that “this wedding is our favorite!”. When it comes down to it, though, I truly don’t know if I could choose an absolute favorite (or ten, twenty or thirty!). I have loved every bridal bouquet that leaves the studio and as I make them all personally, they are all my favorites in some way! Each bouquet is so unique to each of our brides, and it’s always fun for me to see each bride’s bouquet come to life. The bouquets I have decided to feature are a very small snippet of what we’ve done, I will definitely be featuring more in the near future!
